This is our 4th time of visiting Las Vegas and the first time at this resort. This resort is an old apartment complex that Holiday Inn Club Vacations took over and appear to have done little to since then. It has a run-down appearance both outside and in our ill-equipped apartment. Tired furnishings and minimal kitchen equipment add to the appearance of an unloved resort. The dishwasher was so smelly that we did all our washing up by hand. Cobwebs adorn our balcony that has a view of the front entrance of the fitness centre. Every flush of a lavatory in the adjoining apartments in the building could be heard day and night. If someone had a shower in the adjoining apartment it sounded like Niagara Falls. Obviously no consideration was given to soundproofing when the resort was built. This also is emphasised by the fact that planes taking off from Las Vegas Airport fly so low over the resort that you can see the pilot in the cockpit. Don't worry, they don't start taking off until about 5am! This Resort is surrounded by brand new high rise timeshare apartments with all the trimmings run by all the big names. Take your pick of a run down resort run by HICV or somewhere brand new. Also note that with something like 650 units on site, the very small restaurant onsite with about 20 tables will struggle to cope when the resort is full. I have reviewed this resort as an Holiday Inn Club Vacations member.

Great location, great sized unit, some minor upkeep would have given them 5 stars. The dishwasher needed to be replaced, the water took forever to warm up, the AC wasn't working but they fixed it right away and the sliding closet doors were broken. Nothing major and everything else was fine but some little things. We enjoyed how spacious the unit was, comfortable beds, quiet, nice pools, great staff. You are literally right next to the sphere which was cool and close walking distance to the strip. We would definitely stay here again.

I checked in 3-29 thru 4-1-24. One day early because I was LOCKED OUT of my room early morning for 1 hour in my sleep cap due to the battery dying in door. They had BIG ROACHES, No towel pickup, all tenants towels left outside for days. No Wi-Fi, STAFF ENTERING ROOM without consent from me. Kelly Hernandez is surely a Racist and she lied to me multiple times saying a GM name Nate would call me, that Never did. . Today , I confronted her and she simply said we gave you $26 taxes back and that’s it. A customer service lady name Amber tired to give me some Shady points to shove my Complaint under the Rug. Beware Black People for sure! Note: The rooms away from sphere are run down and the ones close to it, there’s no good connection at all.

We had a nice stay here in one of the two bedroom apartments. It was really well equipped, clean, a little dated but did the job for us. The only complaint I have is that there were only two mirrors in the whole place and they were in the bathrooms. Three of us sharing one mirror and a small bathroom was a pain. If there had been a mirror in the living room, or even in the second bedroom, that would have been helpful. The pool was nice in the afternoon and one evening we ordered a takeout pizza which was very good value for money. The walk to High Roller is around 10mins and there is a good short cut behind the wheel which takes you to a cute street, I loved it here as it wasn't so overwhelming and you could pub crawl quickly, haha. We were block 3, apartment 108 and it was one of the older apartments but we had a view of the Sphere from balcony. Was noisy at times when trying to sleep but guess that's Vegas for you. Always plenty of fresh towels and could ask for extras at reception, got left to our own devices which was nice.
